Rules review:
Federation rules prevail; however, there are some rules that require further specification.
� Speed-up rule: with 2 outs for pitchers and catchers; runner cannot be the same for pitcher and catcher in the same inning.
� Pitchers: Starter-4 trips in a game (3 free)
� Reliever-2 trips in a game (1 free)
� If rain, game is official after losing team bats five times.
� If darkness or permit, game is picked up where stopped at next available date.
� Mercy Rule: 10 runs after losing team bats five times.
� Wilson NCAA Championship ball A1001, or A1010
� Certified wood bats, no composite.
� Illegal bat, batter out, must see a pitch.
